Auntie cranks her 1930s gramophone, to dance to. In any shoe. Her first love will always be the crackle, hiss and pop of 78rpm shellac records and nothing makes her more happy than transporting her audience through musical time.
Previously her time and culture travelling melodies have entertained at London Fashion Weekend, The Tweed Run, Tate Modern and Tate Britain, The Candlelight Club, Keats House, the Freud Museum, Museum of London, The Metropolitan Archives Duckie and these last summers she has wooed the dancing masses at Camp Bestival, Bestival, Wilderness Festival,
Latitude and Meatopia. BBC London even sneaked into her home to follow her earlier in June, filming for one day what a gramophone playing Auntie gets up to in her vintage world.
